Our Story

Helllo! My name is Ira and I love Uttarakhand. 

This deep passion for the region, and its people, created immense craving to offer beautiful, innovative, modern and regional designs that befits the devbhoomi – keeping the products fun to wear and use in everyday life.

While living here, I also feel the pride that Uttarakhandis have, and this brand’s purpose is to transmit this proud feeling to whoever uses the products, be it the residents, or natives who had to move out for various reasons, or those visitors who travel to this beautiful land for temples, hiking, rafting, spirituality, or to just recharge oneself.

As a designer, I want to create products and experiences that people enjoy wearing and sharing, promote local pahadi art & culture, cultivate community in this amazing region we call home. Products that will cheer you up on a gloomy day, and bring us together. Each purchase will create jobs in the state and reduce migration from their motherland. This is the goal that I am working for. Let’s together redefine UK on the world map.
